Open yoga course

The open yoga course is our offer for all guests of the A-Frame Surf and Yoga Camp. The yoga class offers you relaxation and regeneration after surfing. But even if you don't surf, yoga is a good alternative. You can loosen tense muscles, release blockages and let go of everyday thoughts.

Open yoga course at a glance

The yoga classes take place right by the sea. Either in our beautiful yoga house or outside. You practise barefoot and in comfortable clothing.

External courses are also open to everyone

In addition to the open classes from our yoga camp, external yoga classes also take place in the yoga house. These are also open to everyone. Different yoga styles are taught by teachers from the region. The languages of the external yoga classes vary from German to English and Spanish.
