Our coach Sonja Umstätter lives in Berlin and has been passionately supporting people and organizations who want to make a difference for many years. Sonja is the managing director of the Coaching Laden in Berlin. In her work, she combines warmth and depth with humor and clarity - and not least with the inspiration of what is possible when you dare.
Katrin is the co-founder of A-Frame and has built up the entire yoga area there. She is a trained yoga and meditation teacher and a qualified sports scientist. Her interest in people and their holistic health has shaped her path from the very beginning. Her classes are characterized by detailed instruction and a pleasant balance between calm and dynamism. She wants to create a space where everyone can come into their own and develop to the maximum. In addition to the physical aspect, Katrin loves yoga philosophy and psychology and incorporates this content into her classes through meditations, journaling and short lectures. For Katrin, yoga is a holistic approach to life that goes beyond physical activity and brings mindfulness into all areas of our lives.

This yoga and coaching retreat is your invitation to take yourself out of your everyday life and reconnect with yourself. Your day begins with a 30-minute Somatic Bodywork session with Katrin. You arrive in your body and prepare your system for the content of the day. After an extensive breakfast together, you will experience inspiring workshops on personal development and sustainable self-care in the morning, while yoga in the afternoon will help you to physically anchor what you have learned.
A day off in the middle of the week gives you space for relaxation, long walks by the sea or simply consciously doing nothing. You go home with clear strategies, new energy and a strengthened sense of inner peace - ready to live true self-care in the long term.
The course combines systemic coaching methods with mindful bodywork to give you a holistic self-care experience. You will learn to set clear boundaries, develop compassion for yourself, clarify your values and strengthen your power to act. All content is practical and designed in such a way that you can integrate it directly into your everyday life - whether at work, in the family or in personal projects. This makes your retreat the starting point for sustainable change - and not just a short break.
Our yoga house is located right by the sea. So you can enjoy the sun, the beach and the waves of Andalusia during your yoga vacation. The afternoon yoga class is the perfect complement to your coaching process. Here you can ground yourself physically, surpass yourself, develop strength and find yourself. Yoga helps you to relax during these big tasks. You don't need any previous knowledge, but will be supported based on your individual level.

You don't need to bring your own yoga equipment. We have everything you need: yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, straps, blankets and eye pillows.
Healthy and fresh full board with 7 x large breakfast with huge muesli station, bread and rolls as well as breakfast specials (croissants, eggs, smoothie, chia pudding).
At lunchtime there is a freshly prepared power lunch buffet with dessert. Water, coffee, organic tea and fruit are available throughout the day.
Our chefs will prepare a great dinner for you 5 days a week. The meals are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and/or lactose-free on request.
You will stay in accommodation close to the beach in a shared room. You can also book a private room or studio for an extra charge.
Each casa has its own garden or terrace and a fully equipped kitchen (e.g. stove, fridge), as well as a living room and a bathroom. The garden or terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
The cozy interior, our large terraces, lots of surf and yoga magazines as well as books, games and coffee and tea are designed to invite you to relax.
As a change to your yoga routine, you can optionally take part in a surf taster course.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi.

There you will find toys for very young children and children's books for children up to the age of 5. We are also equipped with children's bicycles, children's bicycle seats, balance bikes, high chairs and cribs.
