At A-Frame Surfcamp, we attach great importance to healthy, fresh and local ingredients. Every day you will be spoiled with delicious, regionally inspired dishes that not only fill you up, but also give you energy for long surf sessions. From fresh fruit and delicious bread or muesli for breakfast to nutritious lunches and varied 3-course dinners - every meal here is a moment of indulgence. Our chefs come up with a fantastic menu for you every day. At the end of the week, there is also a big BBQ with burgers and a gigantic buffet. Eating together not only strengthens the body but also the community and ensures sociable moments with new friends.

A-Frame Surfcamp El Palmar offers surf courses for every level - from beginners to advanced surfers. The experienced surf instructors know the local waves like the back of their hand and pass on their enthusiasm for surfing with patience and dedication. Small group sizes mean that the instructors can adapt to you individually so that you can progress at your own pace. You'll stay in a fixed group for the whole surf week so that you can celebrate your progress together. Whether you want to learn the basics or refine your technique - the A-Frame surf courses offer you the perfect mix of fun and challenge.

In addition to our all-inclusive package with surf course, accommodation & meals, we also offer so-called specials. These include our very popular Longboard Retreat, the Surf the Moment Retreat for women only and our baby, the A-Frame Yoga Surf Retreat.

We are not just a surf camp, we also offer week-long yoga retreats and open yoga classes. Because we are convinced that surfing and yoga complement each other perfectly. To keep body and mind in balance, we offer (almost) daily yoga classes for spontaneous surfers at our surf camp. The classes are designed to complement surfing perfectly: they help to build flexibility and strength and promote the mindfulness you need on the board.
